सहसंबंध का अर्थ

उत्तर - जब दो चरों में एक साथ ही , एक ही दिशा में या विपरीत दिशा में परिवर्तन हो तथा एक चर में परिवर्तन दूसरे चर में परिवर्तन के कारण हो तो यह दो चरों के मध्य संबंध को व्यक्त करता है ।

प्रोफेसर किंग के अनुसार :-" दो समंक श्रेणियों व समंक समूहों के मध्य कार्यकरण संबंध ही सहसंबंध कहलाता है।"
