बाजार की विशेषताएं
1. एक क्षेत्र - अर्थशास्त्र में बाजार शब्द का अर्थ किसी स्थान विशेष से नहीं बल्कि उस समस्त क्षेत्र से होता है जिसमें क्रेता और विक्रेता फैले होते हैं । और उनमें आपस में स्वतंत्र प्रतियोगिता होती है।
2. एक वस्तु - अर्थशास्त्र में बाजार एक वस्तु का होता है अर्थात प्रत्येक वस्तु के लिए अलग-अलग बाजार होता है ।
उदाहरण के लिए - कपड़ा बाजार ,सोना बाजार , गेहूं बाजार , चीनी बाजार आदि।
3. क्रेता एवं विक्रेता - किसी भी क्षेत्र को बाजार तभी कहा जाएगा जब उस क्षेत्र में क्रेता और विक्रेता उपस्थित है किसी एक पक्ष के ना होने पर वह बाजार नहीं हो सकता।
4. एक मूल्य - बाजार में वस्तु का एक मूल्य होना आवश्यक है । स्वतंत्र एवं पूर्ण प्रतियोगिता के फल स्वरुप बाजार में पूरे क्षेत्र में वस्तु का मूल्य समान ही रहता है।
5. स्वतंत्र प्रतियोगिता - बाजार में वस्तु के मूल्य के लिए क्रेताओं और विक्रेताओं के बीच स्वतंत्र प्रतियोगिता पाई जाती है।

2. One commodity - In economics, there is a market for one commodity, that is, there is a separate market for each commodity.
For example - textile market, gold market, wheat market, sugar market etc.
3. Buyer and seller - Any area will be called a market only when the buyer and seller are present in that area, in the absence of any one party, it cannot be a market.
4. One Price - A commodity must have one price in the market. As a result of free and perfect competition, the price of the commodity remains the same throughout the market.
5. Free Competition - There is free competition between buyers and sellers for the price of a commodity in the market.
