निदर्शन या प्रतिदर्श विधि से क्या आशय है?
निदर्शन अनुसंधान विधि में समग्र की समस्त इकाइयों का अध्ययन नहीं किया जाता इस विधि के अंतर्गत संपूर्ण समग्र में से कुछ ऐसे नमूने या सैंपल निदर्शन चुन लिए जाते हैं जो समूचे समग्र का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं। इन चुने हुए निर्देशों का अध्ययन करके ही समग्र के लिए निष्कर्ष निकाला जाता है।
इस विधि को न्यादर्श, निदर्शन या प्रतिदर्श या प्रतिचयन या सैंपल विधि भी कहते हैं।
