सांख्यिकी नियमितता नियम गणित के प्रायिकता सिद्धांत पर आधारित है । इस नियम अनुसार यदि अनुसंधान कार्य के लिए किसी समग्र में से दैव निदर्शन के आधार पर कुछ इकाइयों का चयन किया जाए तो इस प्रकार चुनी हुई इकाइयां समग्र का लगभग प्रतिनिधित्व कर सकेगी अर्थात यह सिद्धांत यह बताता है कि चुनी हुई इकाइयों में वही विशेषताएं होगी जो समग्र में विद्यमान हैं।
Explain the law of statistical regularity.
The statistical regularity rule is based on the probability principle of mathematics. According to this rule, if some units are selected for research work on the basis of divine sampling from a whole, then the units so selected will be able to represent the whole, that is, this principle states that the selected units will have the same characteristics as exist in the whole.
