एक अच्छी प्रश्नावली के गुण बताइए।
एक अच्छी प्रश्नावली में निम्नलिखित गुण होने चाहिए।
1. स्पष्टता - प्रश्नावली में पूछे गए प्रश्नों का आशय उत्तर एवं वांछनीय शुद्धि स्तर आदि सभी तथ्य स्पष्ट होने चाहिए।
2. सीमितता - अच्छी प्रश्नावली में प्रश्नों की संख्या सीमित एवं विषय अनुकूल होनी चाहिए बड़ी एवं उबाऊ प्रश्नावली अच्छी नहीं मानी जाती।
3. सरलता - प्रश्नावली में प्रश्न स्पष्ट एवं कठिन ना होते हुए सरल होने चाहिए।
4. सम्मानजनक प्रश्न - प्रश्नावली में सम्मानजनक प्रश्नों का ही समावेश होना चाहिए।
5. संक्षिप्तता - प्रश्नावली में ऐसे प्रश्न होने चाहिए जिनके उत्तर संक्षिप्त में दिए जा सके प्रश्नों के उत्तर हां, नहीं, छोटे वाक्यांश में होने चाहिए।
6. क्रमबध्दता - प्रश्नावली में एक से प्रश्न क्रमबद्ध रूप में होने चाहिए।
State the merits of a good questionnaire.
A good questionnaire should have the following qualities.
1. Clarity - All the facts like the meaning of the questions asked in the questionnaire, the answer and the desired accuracy level etc. should be clear.
2. Limitation - The number of questions in a good questionnaire should be limited and subject-friendly, a large and boring questionnaire is not considered good.
3. Simplicity - The questions in the questionnaire should be clear and easy but not difficult.
4. Respectful Questions - The questionnaire should consist of respectable questions only.
5. Conciseness - The questionnaire should contain such questions which can be answered in brief, the answers to the questions should be yes, no, in short phrases.
6. Sequence - The questions in the questionnaire should be in a sequential order.
