द्वितीयक समंक क्या है?
ऐसे समंक जो पहले ही अन्य व्यक्तियों या संस्थाओं द्वारा एकत्र करके प्रकाशित किए जा चुके हैं द्वितीयक समंक कहलाते हैं।
ब्लेयर ने कहा है - " द्वितीयक समंक वह है जो पहले से अस्तित्व में हैं और जो वर्तमान प्रश्नों के उत्तर में नहीं बल्कि किसी दूसरे उद्देश्य के लिए एकत्रित किए गए हैं।"
What is secondary data?
Such data which has already been collected and published by other persons or institutions are called secondary data.
Blair has said – “Secondary data is those which are already in existence and which have been collected not in answer to the present questions but for some other purpose.”
