अर्थव्यवस्था के चार क्षेत्र

1. गृहस्थ क्षेत्र - वस्तुओं तथा सेवाओं के उपभोक्ताओं को इस क्षेत्र में शामिल किया जाता है। इसे उत्पत्ति के साधनों के स्वामी भी कहते हैं । माल तथा सेवा की पूर्ति इनके द्वारा उत्पादकों को की जाती है।

2. उत्पादक क्षेत्र -  अर्थव्यवस्था में सभी उत्पादक इकाइयां तथा फर्में में इस क्षेत्र में शामिल है। उत्पत्ति के साधनों या उत्पादन हेतु  यह गृहस्थ  क्षेत्र पर निर्भर है।

3. सरकारी क्षेत्र - कल्याणकारी एजेंसी के रूप में तथा उत्पादक के रूप में भी सरकार शामिल होती है तथा कर तथा गैर कर आगम के लिए सरकारी क्षेत्र उत्पादकों और गृहस्थ पर निर्भर करता है।

4. शेष विश्व क्षेत्र - इस क्षेत्र में वस्तुओं तथा सेवाओं के निर्यात - आयात पर घरेलू क्षेत्र एवं शेष विश्व के बीच पूंजी के प्रवाह से संबंधित गतिविधियों को शामिल किया जाता है।

 1. Household Sector - Consumers of goods and services are included in this sector. It is also called the master of the means of production. Goods and services are supplied by them to the producers.

 2. Productive Sector - All the productive units and firms in the economy are included in this sector. It is dependent on the household area for means of production or production.

 3. Government Sector – Government is involved as a welfare agency and also as a producer and the government sector depends on producers and households for tax and non-tax revenue.

 4. Rest of the World Sector - In this sector, activities related to the flow of capital between the domestic sector and the rest of the world are included on the export-import of goods and services.
