शुद्ध विनियोग से तात्पर्य स्थाई संपत्ति में अगर कोई ह्रास या घिसावट के कारण प्रतिस्थापन व्यय होता है तो उसे सकल विनियोग से घटा देने पर शेष बची हुई राशि शुद्ध विनियोग कहलाती है। शुद्ध विनियोग पूंजी के स्टॉक में वृद्धि करता है।
