संतुलित बजट वह बजट है जिसमें सरकार की आय तथा व्यय दोनों बराबर होते हैं।
संतुलित बजट =बराबर सरकार की आय = सरकार का व्यय
संतुलित बजट का आर्थिक क्रियाओं के स्तर पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता। इसके कारण न तो संकुचन कारी शक्तियां और न हीं विस्तारवादी शक्तियां काम कर पाती हैं।
