पूंजी खाते की मदों को समझाइए।
पूंजी खाते में उन सब सौदों को का लेखा-जोखा रखा जाता है जो एक देश के निवासियों तथा उनकी सरकार की परिसंपत्तियों तथा देनदारियों की स्थिति में परिवर्तन लाते हैं।
1. सरकारी सौदे - इनका संबंध उन लेन देनों से हैं जो सरकार और इसकी विभिन्न एजेंसियों की परिसंपत्तियों दायित्वों को प्रभावित करते हैं उदाहरण के लिए एक देश द्वारा दूसरे देश को ऋण देना।
2. गैर सरकारी या निजी सौदे - पूंजी खाते के निजी लेनदेन से तात्पर्य उन लेनदेन उसे है जो व्यक्तियों , व्यवसायियों और अन्य गैर सरकारी एजेंसियों को निजी पर संपत्ति है या दायित्वों को प्रभावित करते हैं।
3. विदेशी प्रत्यक्ष विनियोग (एफ डी आई) - हमारे देश में किसी विदेशी विनियोग करता या कंपनी द्वारा उत्पादन की ईकाई को खरीदने या उसमें पूंजी का विनियोग करना प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी विनियोग कहलाता है
4. पोर्टफोलियो विनियोग - इसके अंतर्गत दो देशों के बीच वित्तीय परिसंपत्तियों के व्यवहारों के हस्तांतरण को शामिल किया जाता है । यदि कोई विदेशी संस्थागत विनियोगकर्ता भारतीय स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में रिलायंस कंपनी लिमिटेड के अंश पत्र खरीदना है तो इसे पोर्टफोलियो विनियोग कहते हैं
Explain the items of capital account.
In the capital account, the account of all those deals is kept, which bring changes in the position of assets and liabilities of the residents of a country and their government.
1. Government Transactions - These refer to those transactions which affect the assets and liabilities of the government and its various agencies, for example lending by one country to another.
2. Non-Government or Private Transactions - Private transactions of capital account means those transactions which affect the assets or liabilities of individuals, businessmen and other non-governmental agencies on private.
3. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) - Buying or investing capital in a production unit by a foreign investee or company in our country is called Foreign Direct Investment.
4. Portfolio Investment - Under this, transfer of financial assets transactions between two countries is included. If a foreign institutional investor buys shares of Reliance Company Limited in the Indian stock exchange, it is called portfolio investment.
