प्रत्यक्ष कर क्या है?
प्रत्यक्ष कर कि परिभाषा दीजिए। दो उदाहरण दीजिए।
प्रत्यक्ष कर वहां पर है जो जिस व्यक्ति पर लगाया जाता है वह व्यक्ति ही उसका भार उठाता है , इस कर को टाला नहीं जा सकता है ना ही इसका भार आंशिक या पूर्ण रूप में किसे अन्य व्यक्ति पर हस्तांतरित किया जा सकता है।
दूसरे शब्दों में जब किसी कर का कराघात और करापात एक ही व्यक्ति पर पड़ता है। तब यह कर प्रत्यक्ष कर कहलाता है।
प्रत्यक्ष कर का उधारण- आयकर , निगम कर , संपत्ति कर है।

Direct tax is where the person on whom it is imposed bears its burden, this tax cannot be avoided, nor can its burden be transferred partially or fully to any other person.
In other words, when the incidence and liability of a tax falls on the same person. Then this tax is called direct tax.
Examples of direct taxes are income tax, corporation tax, property tax.
